Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $75 or more (before tax and discounts). Orders under $75 will be subject to standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Liability After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and is no longer in our possession, liability for the package transfers to the customer. NXT GEN Nutrition LLC is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. NXT GEN Nutrition LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
